  13. jean says:

    Dear Sir/Madame:
I have an outstanding housing loan with you costs P1.7mn to pay my condo I bought with the private developer. I am an OFW and a member thru POP program, though my monthly contribution is active till this month of Sept. I am paid, but I cannot pay my monthly amortization since June this year due financial crisis however, I am willing to pay as soon as i earned money in Saudi as I am traveling hopefully soon, for visa stamping this time. but i am not happy to pay you back with a very high interest of 10.5%/annum. and the condo wd 1BR is only 28.5sqm. Is it justifiable to pay you P19,679.70/mo in 20yrs wd 10.5% interest/yr? This is too much! I am struggling to earn abroad to support myself and family, I’m not that rich. Please make this clear wd me, cuz I felt something is not right. Thanks and regards.
